welcome to the crazy baker, an artisan bakers and deli delivery service. the crazy baker created by sophie grey, the proprietor of model catering, an up market catering an event management company. everything we make is baked or produced with fresh ingredients, in our kitchens on a daily basis.

over the years sophie has catered for a wide variety of people from music moguls and a-list actors, to top cookery writers, providing exceptional food and service, to both private and corporate clients.

due to popular demand model catering branched out into deli food production, delivering delicious, fresh salads, quiches and meat dishes to fashion shoots, property launches and also to offices and private homes. in  january this year, due to growing demand, sophie built a small bread/cake factory, attached to the model catering premises and now is able to deliver freshly baked bread, pastries and cakes, together with their deli products, to wholesale and private customers throughout the london area under the brand name of the crazy baker.

all our bread is handmade and made to order and we provide free delivery ( minimum order £10) weights are approximate since all items are handmade
large loaves 800g medium loaves 400g all our ingredients are sourced from reputable suppliers.

we use organic flour from shipton mill, our eggs are free range and where possible products are locally sourced.
