1. How can I order from you?
You can order from us via our fully secure website which you are currently browsing. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Solo, Maestro, Visa Electron and Visa Debit (Delta) and Mastercard Debit payments.
2. What is your minimum order?
There is a minimum order of £20.00 for all orders. This applies before delivery charges for those orders to be delivered, or for orders which will be collected from our bakery during our opening hours (Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 4pm). For all bank holidays please ring on 0208 964 1712 to check our opening hours.
3. Where do you deliver?
We deliver to any London postcode - though delivery charges vary according to location.
4. When do you deliver?
We deliver Monday to Saturday between 7am to 12pm
We do not deliver on Bank Holidays and in between Christmas and New Year
5. Do you do next day delivery?
No, we need a minimum of 48 hours (for orders placed before 12pm) for online orders to be processed, prepared and dispatched. If you require goods the next day please ring our office on 020 8964 1712 to see if we might be able to accommodate you.
6. Can we specify delivery time?
No, at the moment deliveries will be between 7am and 12pm on the day you requested (Monday to Saturdays) at checkout - for further information please ring our office on 020 8964 1712
7. Do you have a deadline for orders?
Orders made before 12pm can be delivered in 48 hours e.g. an order placed on Monday before 12pm can be delivered at the earliest the following Wednesday between 7am and 12pm.
There will be an option at checkout to have your orders delivered on any day (bar Sunday) provided the 48 hour criteria is met.

All orders over £100 are delivered free to anywhere in London
9. Can I collect my order from the Crazy Baker bakery instead of paying for delivery?
Yes, no problem at all - you will be able to select whether you pay for delivery or collect from our shop free of charge as you progress through the checkout.

14. Our returns Policy
We hope that you will be delighted with your products, but in the event of you being dissatisfied with any goods supplied by us then please ring us with 12 hours of receipt of the goods in question to discuss this matter. We will then arrange for collection of it as we will need the product back in order to ascertain whether it qualifies for a refund. Please note that, without exception, we will not be able to process any claims for damage if you dispose of any damaged items without our written permission to do so. All items, and their original packaging must be either returned to us or be available for us to inspect.
