Cancellations & Amendments
An order can be cancelled or amended no later than 12:00pm 2 working days before the proposed date of delivery. No refund can be granted after this time. Please contact the office directly via email@example.com or by calling us on 020 8964 1712. You will receive written confirmation of your amendment or cancellation the next working day.
Returns / Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your order for any reason you may be entitled to a refund. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for your dissatisfaction and, if possible, include photos. Any complaint to be eligible for a refund must be made within 24 hours of the delivery. You will not be entitled to a refund if the delivery is stolen through no fault of our own.
Payment & Prices
We accept payment by Paypal, Amazon Pay, most leading debit and credit cards including Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept American Express. Cash payments cannot be taken for online ordering. If you would like to pay by cash, you must visit one of our shops to place your order.
Price and availability information are subject to change without notice.
Deliveries are made overnight between 12am-10am on the day specified. We cannot provide a specific time slot. As deliveries are made throughout the night, they will be black wrapped and left on the doorstep unless specific delivery instructions are provided in the comments box. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have given us the correct address and any specific delivery instructions. A minimum delivery value is applicable for each post code to qualify for free delivery. Where the order does not meet minimum delivery, a delivery charge will be added.
All Crazy Baker products may contain traces of nuts and wheat and other allergens. While we take steps to minimise the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with allergies. Events Outside Our Control
In the event of the product being stolen, we will not be liable. It is the customers responsibility to provide a secure location for delivery boxes.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Event Outside Our Control”).
An Event Outside Our Control includes any act, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following: strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action; civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war; fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster; impossibility / breakdown of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport including traffic; failure by our suppliers to supply; failure of public or private telecommunications networks (including the internet); and the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
